The Group operates in three segments: Non-regulated utilities, Regulated electric utility and Regulated gas utility. Non-regulated utilities segment develops, owns and operates non-regulated electric generation facilities and provides services to the electric generation industry. Regulated electric utility segment supplies and distributes electric power. Regulated gas utility segment purchases, transports, distributes and markets natural gas. The Group serves electricity and gas customers in northeastern Wisconsin and adjacent parts of Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
